Monday -Thursday 4:30 pm to 2:30 am

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable opportunity with a great work-life balance? We're seeking a dependable Press Operator to join our Shelton manufacturing team. Enjoy a 4-day workweek while playing a key role in producing high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate press machines according to production requirements
- Load materials and ensure proper alignment for accurate production
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience operating press machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays as needed
