Work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled plant and have 3-day weekends. Machine Operators play an integral role in ensuring our machines are running at optimum capacity; Machine Operators assist in observing safe and efficient operations of equipment. This position has the support of any of the following: Manufacturing Line Leads, Spider, Production Supervisors and Management. We want you to succeed.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Minimal Qualifications:
- 6 months' experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive position (ie. construction, distribution warehouse, equipment/machine operator, farmhand, freight handler or other positions which require continuous activity and lifting.
- Proficient in basic math and reading skills.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including some overtime as required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must pass a post offer drug test and background check.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand on concrete floors with fatigue mats for 8 to 12 hours at a time
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and to push or pull up to 400 pounds (181 kilograms) or equivalency utilizing a manual cart.
- Able to frequently grasp objects. Must possess sufficient visual and audio acuity to work safely and accurately in an industrial environment.
Hours and Pay:
- The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 2:30am
- This position starts at $17.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential
