Machine Operator

Shift: 2nd, (12:30PM-8:30PM)

Pay: $18-$25/Hr.

We are seeking dependable, motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing and packaging team on 2nd shift! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operation, food manufacturing, or packaging experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Description:
  • Operate packaging equipment to maintain continuous production.
  • Work with equipment such as fillers, pouch machines, cartoners, labelers, cappers, sealers, checkweighers, scales, and metal detectors.
  • Monitor production lines and make adjustments to keep equipment operating efficiently.
  • Assist setup team members with line changeovers and equipment setup.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and support other packaging lines as needed.
  • Set up, operate, disassemble, and clean machinery according to established procedures.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality control guidelines, and all safety procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Previous machine operation or food manufacturing experience is helpful.
  • Packaging equipment experience is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
