Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Lead daily production operations, coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and support team members
- Operate production equipment and perform machine changeovers
- Monitor production performance to achieve operational goals
- Enforce safety and quality standards through inspections, measurements, and compliance checks
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams
- Resolve production-related challenges to minimize downtime
- Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience supervising teams and supporting employee development
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
