Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location: 101 Park Drive, Montgomeryville, PA
Pay Rate: $18.50–$20.00/hr (W2)
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (4/10 schedule)
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Weekly Pay
Contract: 5+ months (extension possible)

Job Overview

Exciting opportunity to join a multinational company specializing in electrical systems and services for the aerospace, defense, transportation, and security industries.

We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate specialized production machinery used for finishing plastic cards and sheets while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.

• Adjust machines using basic hand tools to maintain product quality.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Inspect finished products and follow job specifications.

• Complete production paperwork and basic data entry.

• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and 5S standards.

• Communicate production or quality issues to team leads.

• Assist other operators and departments as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Basic math and mechanical skills.

• Knowledge of hand tools and calipers.

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Interview Process

In-person interview involving a production floor walkthrough and an HR discussion (approximately 1–1.5 hours).
