Description
Machine Operator Tier 1 1st Shift | Montgomeryville, PA
Location: Montgomeryville, PA 18936
Pay: $17.00/hr (Weekly Pay on W2)
Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM3:00 PM
Duration: 5+ Month Contract
Interview: In-person (Production floor walk-through + HR interview)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
- Inspect product quality and complete production documentation
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
- Assist team members and support production needs
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
- Ability to use hand tools and read SOPs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
