Job Title: Machine Operator I (1st & 4th Shift Available)
Location: Hamilton, OH 45015
Pay rate:
This position is responsible for operating CMC machinery within the Machine Center Department to manufacture quality parts in compliance with safety, ISO, and quality standards. The Machine Operator I uses measuring instruments and hand tools, interprets blueprints, and completes required quality documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hamilton, OH 45015
Pay rate:
- 1st Shift: $20.00/hr
- 4th Shift: $20.00/hr + $3.00/hr Shift Differential ($23.00/hr total)
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Available for overtime on Fridays)
- 4th Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Available for overtime)
This position is responsible for operating CMC machinery within the Machine Center Department to manufacture quality parts in compliance with safety, ISO, and quality standards. The Machine Operator I uses measuring instruments and hand tools, interprets blueprints, and completes required quality documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Job Specifications
- Operate one or more CMC machines using standard controls (start, stop, E-stop)
- Read calipers and interpret CMC blueprints to understand dimensions down to .000
- Use basic hand tools including air guns, wrenches, and drill presses
- Complete required production paperwork, quality forms, and daily inspection records accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace per ISO and housekeeping guidelines
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and interpret technical instructions or diagrams
- Good communication skills with the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure documents
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Medical exam clearance required for powder coat area placement
