What You'll Do as the Machine Operator:- Operate turret machines to punch holes or create layout marks in metal sheets, plates, strips, or bars
- Read and interpret prints to ensure accurate production and part specifications
- Set up and run equipment to support production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent output quality
- Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks for extended periods.
- Follow instructions and adapt to new processes or responsibilities as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Support production goals and adjust to changing operational needs
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical prints
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate or learn turret machinery
- Willingness to learn new processes and take direction
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying environments based on production needs
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds consistently with or without reasonable accommodations
