What Youll Do- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications.
- Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
- Inspect finished products using measurements and visual inspection.
- Work with precision materials and perform detailed inspections, including microscope work.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate equipment issues or quality concerns to your supervisor.

- Comfort with basic math, measurements, and precision work.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, welding, grinding, soldering, or a similar hands-on environment is a plus.
