What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:- Operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure proper function
- Make basic machine setting adjustments to maintain production quality
- Document production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred, but training may be available
- Basic understanding of machining principles and measuring tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts
