Principle Accountabilities

Responsible for safe, controlled set-up, operation, and troubleshooting equipment and processes.Ensure product is manufactured and completed as per technical specifications.Monitors and adjusts controls to ensure products comply with production standards.Ensure equipment and set-up parameters are established, followed and improved.Ensure materials required for changeover are available and secured prior to set-ups.Records quality and production metrics via written/electronic methods and within time deadlines.Ensure accurate inventory and effective control of materials and supplies.Coaching and mentoring assistants by providing clear and precise instructions.Ensure all safety rules and company policies/procedures are followed.Perform quality control checksAbility to read tape measureMust be detailed oriented and have a sense of urgencyUse PPE as requiredMaintain good housekeepingRelated tasks as requested by supervisor

Essential Skills and Experience

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.No travel requiredMust be able to work in varying temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit.Ability to repeatedly lift to a maximum of 50 lbs.Must have basic computer skills, AS400, Microsoft Office.Must have basic math skills.
