We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated Machinist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
As a Machinist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and requirements of products.
2. Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure they function properly and produce parts according to specifications.
3. Operating CNC mills and milling machines to shape metal and other materials.
4. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and equipment.
6. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
8. Keeping accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in blueprint reading, CNC setup, CNC mill, and CNC milling.
3. A strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
5. High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environment.
9. The ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
