Day Shift: $17.00/hr (6am - 6pm, 2-2-3 Rotation)
Night Shift: $18.00/hr (6pm - 6am, Monday-Thursday)
Weekly Pay and a fast hiring process.
Your Day-to-Day:
As a Slitter Operator, you will ensure production hits its targets by:
Setting up and operating slitting and production equipment.
Loading raw materials and palletizing finished goods.
Monitoring quality control and performing basic machine troubleshooting.
Documenting production data into the system.
Lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active in a fast-paced environment.
What were looking for:
At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
The ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
Reliabilitywe need team members who show up and work hard.
