Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for our client in the Browns Summit area. This position is responsible for overseeing the operation of production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work 12 hour days AND night shifts.Job DutiesOperate and monitor slitter machinery to ensure optimal performance.Follow work orders to produce high-quality parts and ensure all specifications are met.Regularly inspect parts to confirm they meet quality standards and make necessary machine adjustments.Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in production.Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.Maintain consistent slitter machine cycles to maximize efficiency.Troubleshoot slitting equipment issues and make necessary adjustments during the manufacturing process.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proven record of good attendance.Proven experience as a Slitter Machine Operator in a factory setting is strongly preferred.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machining equipment.Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Basic math skills are required.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits Available:Short/Long Term Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceTerm LifeShort Term DisabilityDirect DepositHoliday PayService BonusStarting pay: $20-21.00/hr.Contract-to-Hire
