We're looking for a reliable, quality-focused Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience following procedures in a production environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate processing equipment safely and according to established procedures
- Monitor equipment, production cycles, and quality standards
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and report major issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Place and retrieve product monitoring devices as required
- Assist with inventory handling, receiving, storage, and material movement
- Support team operations and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience following detailed procedures and work instructions
- Forklift experience or ability to operate a forklift
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Team-oriented with a dependable work ethic
- Reliable transportation required
