Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We are seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to help produce high-quality plastic sheeting in a safety-conscious production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Remove finished plastic sheeting from the extruder and create neatly stacked pallets
- Mark and verify sheet counts
- Replace rolls of tape, protective covering, barcodes, and other production materials
- Perform Light Transmission and Product Control tests and make necessary adjustments
- Complete length, width, and pallet changes
- Set up and operate silos for raw materials
- Assist with color changes, thickness changes, machine start-up and shutdown procedures
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Complete yellow tagging procedures and required documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
