Machine Design Engineer

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of machinery design, from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing detailed mechanical designs using CAD software.

Pay range: 90-120/K
Hours: Monday- Friday 8-5pm (Onsite) 

Job Duties:
In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of machinery design, from concept to completion.
You'll work closely with our production teams to create cutting-edge equipment that meets the highest standards of efficiency and reliability. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing detailed mechanical designs using CAD software.
• Performing calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity and performance.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications.
• Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to select and integrate components.
• Specification of motor hp, gearbox torque, bearings and shafts for various applications.
Requirements:
We need an engineer who is not only technically proficient but also a creative problem-solver. The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in machinery design and development.
• Expertise in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, etc.).
• A strong understanding of materials science, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with welding methods and processes.
