Job Title: Machine Assistant / Trainee
Location: Gates, NY

Summary: Nesco Resource is partnering with a local manufacturer to hire Machine Assistant/ Trainees to support the Screen Print team. These are entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunities with on-the-job training provided. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are willing to learn and take pride in their work.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)

Key Responsibilities:
Screen Prep Trainee -

• Assist with washing out, reclaiming, and preparing screens for production.
• Follow established procedures to ensure screens are properly prepared for use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Catcher/Printer Trainee -

• Assist with the screen printing process.
• Catch, handle, and organize printed garments as they come off the production line.
• Learn printer operation and assist with basic machine functions.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required; full on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
