Job Title: Machine and Production Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (end times may vary based on production schedule, could end between 1:30PM - 3:30PM)

As a Machine and Production Operator, you'll be a key player in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to ensure quality, safety, and timely shipments, making a real difference every day.
What You'll Do:
As a Machine and Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with the production of cardboard boxes and packaging materials for outbound shipments
Operating an electric pallet jack or sit-down forklift (training provided) to load product pallets onto trucks for shipment
Performing general clean-up of the production line and workspace to maintain a sanitary environment
Breaking down and cleaning machinery, including daily soap scrubbing and rinsing of equipment
Maintaining cleanliness of floors through daily washing and monthly deep cleaning using bleach sanitation
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to following GMPs and Food Safety Regulations
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Desire to receive forklift training to assist with loading trucks (previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required)
