Position: Mac Technician
Location: Culver City, CA, 90230
Duration: long term contract to hire
Pay rate range: $34 to $37/hr on w2
100% onsite role

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair issues with macOS devices, including peripherals.
Install, configure, and update macOS and related software applications.
Perform hardware repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and logic board replacements.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on Apple devices.
Provide technical support for users via phone, email, or in person.
Ensure data backups and recoveries are performed securely and efficiently.
Maintain and manage Apple hardware inventory and accessories.
Conduct performance testing and system optimization for macOS devices.
Educate users on macOS best practices and device care.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a MAC Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware.
Familiarity with Apple diagnostic tools and repair processes.
Apple certifications (e.g., ACMT or ACSP) preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
