Description
Job Title: Mac Device Administrator / Desktop Support
Location: ONSITE- Norcross, GA
Duration: 6+ months
Descriptions:
• The Mac Device Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, and supporting Apple macOS and Windows devices across the organization.
• This role ensures reliable device performance, security compliance, and a high-quality end-user experience. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and administer macOS and Windows devices using MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf Pro, Kandji).
• Deploy, configure, patch, and maintain macOS and Windows systems and applications.
• Enforce security policies including FileVault, malware protection, and OS compliance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Mac and Windows related hardware and software issues.
• Automate device management workflows using scripts and profiles.
• Maintain device inventory, licensing, and asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with IT security and service desk teams.
• Document standards, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for Windows and macOS
• Troubleshoot hardware failures, OS issues, application errors, and user accounts
• Perform workstation imaging, setup, and deployment for new hires and replacements

• Jamf or Apple certifications (Jamf 200/300/400, Apple Certified IT Professional).
• Experience integrating macOS with Azure Entra, SailPoint, or other IdPs.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, PCIDSS, ISO 27001).
