We are seeking a skilled Mac Administrator / EUC Support Engineer to manage, support, and maintain end-user computing environments with a strong focus on macOS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mac administration, desktop support, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support (EUC) for macOS and related applications.
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Mac devices (macOS, hardware, and software).
- Handle desktop support activities including installation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
- Perform asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device provisioning, access setup, recovery).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
- Participate in after-hours/on-call support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Mac Administration (macOS environment).
- Hands-on experience in EUC / Desktop Support.
- Knowledge of device management tools (e.g., JAMF, Intune, or similar MDM solutions).
- Experience in asset and inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and user management.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and user-facing support skills.
- Should participate in Audit events
Location : Austin, TX
Working Hours: 5 days/week | 9:00 AM CDT - 6:00 PM CDT (Including break)
Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 a year
