Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Assistant, CNA, Phlebotomist or a Personal Trainer who is also able to work as a Receptionist on our team! You will be preparing for each patient visit by checking in/out guests, offering a welcoming experience, assisting nurses and nurse practitoners when needed.The ideal candidate is positive and energetic, has strong customer service skills, proactive in being helpful around the clinic, an interest in learning more about healthcare and sales and has previous healthcare, personal training or sales experience. Preference to healthcare students. Pay range based on experience and ability to cross-train to other office duties. Part-time or full-time. We will work around the right candidates school schedule. No Sundays. Bilingual a plus.


Responsibilities 

• Check in/out guests. Provide welcoming environment
• Be proactive in looking for ways to be helpful, motivated.
• Light cleaning, such as empty trash, disinfect
• Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs, call leads
• Assist nurses and nurse practitioners with basic medical care and procedures as needed (IM injections, blood draws, blood pressure)
• Provide support to members through check ins and supporting a healthy lifestyle
• Track lab results, assist with inventory, handle basic medical office duties

Qualifications 

• Ideal candidate will be a MA, Phlebotomist, personal trainer or CNA who is flexible cross-training to receptionist. 
• Our office needs change quickly, must be flexible and willing to adapt and provide additional help or skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, positive, hardworking, organized. 
• Excellent customer service skills
