M&A Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior M&A Project Manager to support technology integration projects driven by business growth and new transactions. This role involves managing projects from initial planning to full implementation, collaborating with various stakeholders across technology and business units. The ideal candidate will excel in ambiguous situations and possess strong communication skills to define scope and drive project success.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management for merger and acquisition technology integrations or similar large-scale organizational initiatives.
Certifications: PMP certification is required.
