    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquisitions.
    • Partner with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and functional leaders to develop and implement integration strategies.
    • Establish and manage governance structures, workstreams, milestones, risk tracking, and reporting.
    • Drive synergy capture initiatives across operations, finance, HR, IT, procurement, sales, and other business functions.
    • Coordinate cross-functional integration teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
    • Develop and maintain detailed integration plans.
    • Identify operational efficiencies, cost savings opportunities, and process improvements to maximize EBITDA growth and operational performance.
    • Facilitate communication between acquired entities, company leadership, and PE stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
    • Monitor integration progress through KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
    • Support change management efforts, including organizational design, communications, culture integration, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Assist with pre-close due diligence activities, including operational assessments, synergy analysis, and integration readiness planning.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, financial, and contractual obligations throughout the integration process.
    • Lead post-integration reviews to evaluate results, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 2-5+ years of experience in M&A integration, management consulting, private equity operations, corporate development, or related field.
    • Proven experience leading complex integrations within private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
    • Strong understanding of post-merger integration methodologies, synergy realization, and operational transformation.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
    • Experience working directly with executive leadership teams, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Strong financial and operational acumen, including understanding of EBITDA drivers and value creation initiatives.
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data analysis/reporting platforms.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
