Description
Title: LVN / LPN
Duration: 13 weeks
Address: 100 Sunset Dr Newark, NY 14513
Schedule: Day Shift 5*8s 40hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Unit: 41-bed Short-Term Rehab
Required Certification: BLS
EMR: EPIC required
Patient Ratios: Days 1:8, Nights 1:20, Weekends 1:10
Required Ratio Experience: 1:10
Patient Diagnoses: Post-orthopedic and cardiac procedures, wounds, HTN, CHF, and renal failure
Key Skills: Wound care, wound vacs, IVs, PICC lines, and nephrostomy care
Special Equipment: Wound vacs
Floating: Required as per facility needs
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
Local Radius: Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
