Hourly pay range: $27.51 min. - $39.89 max.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Licensed Vocational Nurse is a care giver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse and provides care to patients via therapeutic use of self.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
- One year of experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
- Completes splinting competency and demonstrates proficiency within 3 months of hire.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse license required.
- Current CPR certificate required.
- IV Certification as evidenced on Primary Source Verification of LVN License (Certified in intravenous therapy and blood withdrawal required for LVNs working in Hospice, or Ambulatory Surgery).
- MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
