We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work as a Workers' Compensation Case Manager. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in workers' compensation case management, strong care coordination skills, and proficiency with Epic.

This is a remote position for candidates located in California. Candidates must be able to attend training sessions in Los Angeles and pick up the required work equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation cases and coordinate patient care.

• Monitor patient progress, treatment plans, and case outcomes.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers and other relevant parties.

• Maintain accurate patient records and case documentation in Epic.

• Support case management and utilization management activities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare and workers' compensation guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Active California LVN license.

• 2 years of LVN/LPN Exp is Required

• Minimum 1 year of case management experience, specifically in workers' compensation.

• Previous Workers' Compensation Case Management experience is mandatory.

• Current BLS certification.

• Epic experience.

• Must reside in California and be able to work remotely from within the state.

• Must be available to attend in-person training in Los Angeles and pick up equipment.

• Must be willing to receive the flu vaccine; exemptions and declinations are not accepted.
