This role is tailored for nurses who crave flexibility in their schedule and wish to provide top-tier care in a supportive home setting while enhancing their income.
Position Overview
- Engage in medication administration visits, diabetic care and other home visits.
- Benefit from flexible scheduling tailored to your availability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver medication administration as per orders.
- Monitor blood glucose levels and administer insulin as ordered
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status changes to the relevant parties.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation at all times.
Requirements
- Hold an active LVN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of 1-year nursing experience is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Embody a professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor.

Schedule
