    Position Overview

    We are seeking polished, detail-focused individuals to join our remote team as Luxury Services Consultant. In this role, you will help clients explore elevated vacation options, coordinate personalized arrangements, and ensure important planning details are handled with care.

    This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy providing attentive service, researching high-quality experiences, and keeping complex details organized. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

    Responsibilities

    • Consult with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, priorities, and special requests.
    • Research upscale hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and other premium vacation options using approved resources.
    • Help coordinate selected services and maintain organized confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information.
    • Provide consistent client communication by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes when needed.
    • Review arrangements for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain detailed client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
