- Comprehensive health benefits
- Retirement savings plan with company contributions
- Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off
- Remote working within the United States
- Parental leave and family-supportive policies

What you'll do:

Market Expertise
- Maintain expert knowledge of luxury travel destinations, suppliers, and market developments.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and emerging trends to support commercial success.
Sales Operations
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting through HubSpot CRM.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving NPS and customer satisfaction targets.
What you'll bring:

- Experience working with luxury, premium, or bespoke products and services, ideally within travel, hospitality, or a similar client-focused industry.
- A strong understanding of the luxury customer mindset and a passion for creating exceptional, personalised experiences.
- Confidence working with high-net-worth clients, travel advisors, or strategic partners in a relationship-led sales environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pipelines, forecasting sales performance, and using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
