Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $26/hr, Depending on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a positive, sales-driven Luxury Retail Sales Associate to provide an elevated client experience in a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a related customer-facing field, along with a proven ability to engage customers and drive results. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, builds client relationships, and actively looks for ways to support both customers and teammates.

Responsibilities of the Luxury Retail Sales Associate:

• Deliver personalized customer service and create engaging client interactions.
• Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and recommend relevant products.
• Drive sales by communicating product features, benefits, and value.
• Build relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional store environment.
• Support daily store operations and collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
• Take initiative to engage customers and maximize sales opportunities during slower periods.
• Manage time effectively while balancing customer service and operational responsibilities.

Required Experience/Skills for the Luxury Retail Sales Associate:

• At least one year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to supporting clients and coworkers.
• Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to meet retail scheduling needs.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Luxury Retail Sales Associate:

• Luxury or premium retail experience.
• Experience building client relationships and providing personalized service.
• Proven success working toward sales goals or performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in a team-oriented retail environment.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Benefits:
