Luxury Residential Superintendent - Miami

Our client is an established general contractor with nearly 20 years of experience delivering premium residential and select commercial projects throughout South Florida.

* Manage daily on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules

* Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation

* Utilize Procore to track project progress, RFIs, punch lists, and reporting

* Partner with project teams, clients, architects, and consultants throughout construction

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 + bonus
