BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a high-profile luxury lease-up property in the heart of Cincinnati, OH. This exciting opportunity supports two brand-new luxury communities located directly across the street from one another, offering a dynamic environment for a leasing professional who thrives on building relationships and exceeding leasing goals.

The ownership team is looking for a candidate who can make an immediate impact and potentially transition into a permanent position based on performance and fit.

Position Overview

As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first impression of the community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process while showcasing the unique features and benefits of upscale apartment living. This role requires professionalism, sales aptitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a first-class resident experience.

You'll work between two luxury apartment buildings, assisting with leasing efforts, resident relations, and lease-up activities as the communities continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional apartment tours and showcase luxury community amenities
• Convert leads into leases through exceptional customer service and sales techniques
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and CRM systems
• Assist with lease-up activities and occupancy goals
• Process rental applications and assist with lease documentation
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents in a timely and professional manner
• Build strong relationships with current residents to support retention efforts
• Assist with resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Ensure model units, amenities, and common areas are presented at luxury standards
• Collaborate with onsite management to achieve leasing and occupancy objectives
• Support operations across both luxury communities as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Luxury property or lease-up experience strongly preferred
• Strong sales and closing abilities
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using property management software and CRM systems preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Weekend availability as required by the schedule
