Job Description
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in managing contracts, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
- Support site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Work closely with the construction team to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Coordinator/APM should have:
- Experience with construction projects, particularly in the property industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project elements.
- Knowledge of construction processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools is a plus.
