Description
- Manage customhomeconstructionprojectsfrompre-constructionthroughcompletion.
- Overseeschedules,budgets,subcontractors,andprojectexecution.
- Coordinatepermitting,inspections,andcompliancewithlocalbuildingrequirements.
- Collaboratewithhomeowners,architects,designers,engineers,andtradepartners.
- Proactivelyresolveissuestokeepprojectsonscheduleandwithinbudget.
- Managechangeorders,reporting,andprojectdocumentation.
- Ensure exceptional qualityandcraftsmanshipthroughoutallphasesofconstruction.
Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience overseeing luxury custom home construction projects.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle ground-up residential construction projects valued at $1M+.
- Strong understanding of Miami-Dade County permitting processes, building codes, inspections, and local construction practices.
- Established network of high-quality local subcontractors and suppliers preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
Job Offer
