Description

    • Manage customhomeconstructionprojectsfrompre-constructionthroughcompletion.
    • Overseeschedules,budgets,subcontractors,andprojectexecution.
    • Coordinatepermitting,inspections,andcompliancewithlocalbuildingrequirements.
    • Collaboratewithhomeowners,architects,designers,engineers,andtradepartners.
    • Proactivelyresolveissuestokeepprojectsonscheduleandwithinbudget.
    • Managechangeorders,reporting,andprojectdocumentation.
    • Ensure exceptional qualityandcraftsmanshipthroughoutallphasesofconstruction.

Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience overseeing luxury custom home construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle ground-up residential construction projects valued at $1M+.
  • Strong understanding of Miami-Dade County permitting processes, building codes, inspections, and local construction practices.
  • Established network of high-quality local subcontractors and suppliers preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
