Job Description
Project Leadership
- Manage luxury residential projects from inception through completion.
- Lead all phases of construction, including preconstruction, permitting, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact project performance.
Client & Team Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Build trusted relationships with discerning clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates regarding budget, schedule, and progress.
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field staff to maintain seamless project execution.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor job costs, change orders, allowances, and owner selections.
- Review subcontractor proposals, contracts, and payment applications.
- Ensure financial objectives and profitability goals are achieved.
Preconstruction & Procurement
- Participate in budgeting and value engineering efforts during design development.
- Review plans and specifications for constructability.
- Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials and specialty finishes.
- Assist in subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
Quality & Craftsmanship
- Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout every phase of construction.
- Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building requirements.
- Coordinate punch-list completion and project turnover.
- Ensure all work reflects the level of craftsmanship expected in luxury residential construction.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of residential construction project management experience.
- Extensive experience managing custom homes, luxury estates, or high-end residential renovations.
- Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M to $30M+.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Knowledge of South Florida construction practices, permitting processes, and building codes.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clients and elite design professionals.
