* Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
* Monitor budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation
* Oversee high-end finishes and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base
