Villas Construction & Remodeling is seeking an experienced Sales & Estimator for our high-end residential construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate combines strong construction knowledge with proven sales ability and can confidently guide clients from the initial consultation through estimating, proposal, and contract.

MONDAY- THURSDAY 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
FRIDAY 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus percentage-based commission on qualifying sales. Compensation is based on experience with additional earning potential through sales performance.


Two compensation structures are available based on experience:

• Option 1: $55,000 base salary + 1% commission on qualifying sales
• Option 2: $70,000 base salary + 0.35% commission on qualifying sales

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and perform jobsite consultations.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate scopes, estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Obtain subcontractor/vendor pricing and calculate labor and material costs.
• Present proposals, follow up with leads, and close qualified sales.
• Maintain project and sales information in Buildertrend.
• Coordinate sold projects with management and production teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling, estimating, and/or construction sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, trades, and costs.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Experience with Buildertrend and estimating software preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Spanish is a plus.
