In this role you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering new oil and collecting used oil and used coolant from customer facilities. This includes completing proper documentation ensuring safe product handling and maintaining strict environmental compliance at every stop.If you value safe product handling environmental responsibility and bringing reliability and teamwork to everything you do accelerate your career with a company that keeps Hawaii movingWhat You Will DoDeliver new oil and collect used oil and used coolant from customer locations complete all required paperwork.Transfer used oil into ISO tankers or storage wells safely and efficiently operate PTO andor hydraulic pump systems safely.Coordinate shipping of used oil and used coolant through DOHEPA compliant vendors.Safely operate CDL-required trucks and ensure the safe hauling of product in accordance with OSHA DOT and Hazmat as well as Local State and Federal requirements.Ensure accurate records of deliveries adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues that arise during shift.Communicate optimally with customers handle inquiries and complaints professionally and collaborate with leadership to maintain and improve route efficiency and customer relationships.Conduct daily routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and fueling equipment for optimum upkeep and performance.Complete ongoing company-related training reviews compliance and document requirements.Stay current with licenses certifications physicals background checks and other requirements needed for this position and participate in the Companys drug testing program.Follow all Companys rules of conduct policies and procedures and comply with Federal State and Local safety health and environmental regulations.Other duties and special projects as assigned.Education Experience and RequirementsSeeking Candidates 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.Possess a current and valid CDL Class B Drivers license with HazMat Tank TWIC card driver history record and PUC physical card at time of hire.Forklift certification and experience preferred.Previous Commercial Driving Lubricant and Fuel handling experience preferred with knowledge of DOT regulations related to delivery and safety.Work independently and have physical stamina to handle long hours with extended periods of sitting while driving.Ability to lift and move heavy loads up to 40 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times climb ladders and perform other physical tasks in various weather conditions.Operate work related technology including company issued computers tablets andor a Smart Phone with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 email and applications.Must be open to a flexible work schedule including weekends morning and afternoon delivery route times.Please note Applicants with a non Hawaii CDL license should be aware of requirements of the State of Hawaii for transferring their CDL prior to applying.BenefitsYou will receive competitive benefits and pay to support you and your familyPaid time off including Vacation Sick and HolidaysEmployees have free MedicalDentalVision for base plans with option to enroll families at an additional costVoluntary benefits including Life InsuranceAD&DLong-Term DisabilityMonthly Fuel Allowance and Company issued cell phone4 401k Retirement MatchTuition Reimbursement ProgramWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
