    Description

    Assured Excavating Inc., is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious professional to support field service operations by assisting with lubricant delivery, equipment upkeep, and customer site service. As Lube Truck Assistant, you will work alongside a driver/operator to help complete scheduled service routes efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company and site safety standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing lubricant products, filters, and related service materials.
    • Support the safe delivery and transfer of fluids to customer equipment and storage systems.
    • Help inspect hoses, fittings, containers, and tools to ensure proper working condition before and after use.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked truck and service area.
    • Follow established safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and site-specific policies at all times.
    • Communicate professionally with customers and site personnel while supporting efficient service completion.
    • Assist with documentation of service activities, inventory usage, and route-related records as required.
    • Support the driver/operator in identifying and reporting equipment issues, hazards, or service concerns.

    Qualifications

    *****ABILITY TO WORK 3am - 12pm, MONDAY - FRIDAY*****

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to work safely in industrial, shop, or field environments.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required for the role.
    • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment service is helpful.
    • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and remain active throughout the workday.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
