Job Summary:Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech to perform routine vehicle maintenance and lubrication services efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.Job Responsibilities:* Perform oil changes, filter replacements (oil, air, cabin), and fluid top-offs (windshield washer, power steering, brake fluid, coolant).* Conduct basic vehicle inspections, checking tire pressure, belts, hoses, and lights.* Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle conditions.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and tools.* Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.* Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and proficiently.* Assist in inventory management and stocking of supplies.* Document services performed accurately and completely.Job Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a similar role is preferred.* Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
