Crest Ford is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, inspect vehicles, and help us provide customers with accurate, timely service.
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance.
Complete multipoint inspections and document findings clearly.
Check tire condition, brakes, filters, wipers, lights, and other maintenance items.
Communicate needed repairs or maintenance to the service advisor.
Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Handle customer vehicles with care.
Automotive maintenance experience is preferred; we will consider candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer vehicles.
Ability to perform the physical duties of the position.
Michigan mechanic certification, if applicable to the work assigned, is a plus.
