Growth Opportunities — advance to a Certified Ford Technician role!
Family-owned and community-focused dealership environment
Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Inspect and replace filters, belts, wiper blades, and other minor components
Check and maintain proper fluid levels (engine oil, transmission, coolant, brake, etc.)
Inspect vehicle undercarriage and perform visual safety checks
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely
Communicate with the Service Advisor about maintenance findings or additional recommended services
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with dealership safety standards
Previous automotive maintenance or lube technician experience preferred, but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
