Serving customers across the Northwest we support a wide range of industries and communities with a shared commitment to safety reliability service excellence and local partnerships.About the RoleWe are looking for a Lube Driver tosafely transport and delivering bulk drums cases and pails of various oils greases gear lubricants and coolants. This includes completing proper documentation ensuring safe product handling and maintaining strict environmental compliance at every stop.Youll report to the Plant Manager responsible for our Tacoma WA location focusing on these key responsibilitiesDeliver to customer locations into proper storage locations and tanks.Safely and efficiently operate PTO andor hydraulic pump systems.Safely operate CDL-required trucks and ensure the safe hauling of product in accordance with OSHA DOT and Hazmat as well as Local State and Federal requirements.Ensure accurate records of deliveries adhere to delivery schedules and report any issues that arise during shift.Communicate optimally with customers handle inquiries and complaints professionally and collaborate with leadership to maintain and improve route efficiency and customer relationships.Conduct daily routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and fueling equipment for optimum upkeep and performance.Complete ongoing company-related training reviews compliance and document requirements.Stay current with licenses certifications physicals background checks and other requirements needed for this position and participate in the Companys drug testing program.Follow all Companys rules of conduct policies and procedures and comply with Federal State and Local safety health and environmental regulations.Other duties and special projects as assigned.RequirementsValid CDL Class B Class A preferred for advancement opportunities with hazardous material tank vehicles and air brake endorsements.Current DOT Medical Driver Certification card.Ability to climb ladders work at heights pull hoses and lift and move up to 120 pounds safely with or without reasonable accommodation.Strong commitment to safety environmental compliance and customer service.Dependable prompt well organized and self-motivated.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to operate work related technology including company issued computers andor tablets with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 email.Must be open to a flexible work schedule including weekends morning and afternoon delivery route times.Must pass a drug test reference check background check and motor vehicle records check before hire when driving hazardous materials.Benefit HighlightsEmployer-subsidized medical dental and vision coverage for you and your familydependents.Employer-paid life AD&D and long-term disability insurance.Ancillary options such as short-term disability critical illness and accident.401k plan with a 4 company match.2 weeks vacation annually.6 company paid holidays.1 personal day on January 1st each year.Paid sick leave.Performance Bonus &8211 CDL drivers will be eligible for a Performance Bonus after 90-days of employment.Additional informationColeman Oil Company participates in E-Verify to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
