We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible per diem shifts at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and assess changes in health status
• Report significant changes to physicians, providers, and appropriate clinical staff
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
• Supervise, delegate to, and support CNAs and other care team members
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Colorado RN License required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Recent TB Test
• Ability to successfully pass required background screening
• Additional facility-specific requirements may apply
