LPN - Long Term Care13 Week Contract | 40 Hours/Week | Rotating Shifts

We're seeking experienced and compassionate Long Term Care LPNs to join our team for 13 week contract for a local hospital in Honolulu. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a steady, team oriented environment and are committed to delivering high quality resident care.

Pay: Up to $45/hr

Rotating shifts (days/evenings/nights depending on facility needs)

13-week contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in a long term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy

Job Requirements

Required:

• Current State of HI LPN License
• Minimum 5 years of recent RN experience (within the past 24 months/2 years)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Current TB/2-Step TB/Chest X-Ray/QUANTIFERON
• Federal FingerPrint
• N95 Fit Test
• Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLU
