As an LTC Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional telephone support to customers and providers, helping resolve questions, issues, requests, and service-related concerns.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage incoming calls from provider and customer communities in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
Research and resolve customer questions, problems, incidents, and service requests
Clearly and accurately document all customer interactions
Follow established quality assurance, QA, documentation, and escalation procedures
Transfer callers to appropriate departments or specialized units when necessary
Operate within an inbound phone queue while maintaining excellent customer service
Meet established individual performance and quality standards
Participate in required training and ongoing development
Cross-train in additional areas and assist other teams as needed
Effectively navigate multiple applications and information systems while assisting callers
6 months to 1 year of customer service or customer care experience
Previous call center or telephone-based customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work creatively and analytically to resolve customer concerns
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to effectively multitask while speaking with customers
Comfortable learning and working within multiple computer systems
Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Medicaid or healthcare customer service experience
Long Term Care experience
Experience using AWS CRM or similar CRM platforms
Microsoft Office experience
Previous experience supporting providers, members, patients, or healthcare customers
