What Youll Do- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry and medical-surgical setting
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience preferred)
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and hospital policies
What You Need- Active RN license in Louisiana or multi-state compact
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- 1+ years of telemetry or medical-surgical RN experience
- Familiarity with TPN, wound care, drains, Foley catheters, narco administration
- Experience working in high patient ratio settings (1:5/6)
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
