LPN Unit Director (Full-Time)

Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking motivated and dedicated LPN Unit Directors to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Beaver, PA.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, providing leadership and guidance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' needs and care goals.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of resident care plans.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices is a plus.
